Hello Parents,

What a great start to the 2018 swim year!  

I would like to say THANK YOU for being the best parent volunteers a team could ask for.  We have had no issues this year with rounding up volunteers.  We have had some families stay from start to finish and others who jump in as needed.  It is so great to see us all come together to make this sport so amazing for our kids.  We couldn't do it without you! 

With that being said:  we have some families that have signed up for 10+ volunteer shifts which is GREAT, but it is not allowing those families who need to sign up to do so.  So, we are asking that each family sign up for 8 shifts.  If you have signed up for 10+ shifts, please go into the remaining meets and remove yourself from some shifts.  Families with less than 8, start checking the sign ups as names fall off and you can sign up for shifts.  

I am still learning the new system, so please bare with me.  

I have gone in and made all the adjustments to the past 3 meets - adding and subtracting volunteers as needed.  I ran a current volunteer report and attached for your review.  If you are missing shifts, please email me and I will research.  

Don't forget to sign in each meet with me so I can track your hours.
