Divisional Meet

Good Evening Barracudas!!!

DIVISIONALS ARE HERE!!!

DATE: SATURDAY JUNE 16, 2018

PLACE: KLEIN COLLINS HIGH SCHOOL

CHECK IN TIME: 3:30  

**The division swimming before us is scheduled to finish at 3:15. Please be patient and gracious as 600 people will be leaving and coming at the same time.

WARM-UPS: 3:45  -We are the first warm-up group

MEET TIME: 4:30-10:00  * * since we are swimming the 4 other teams in our division expect this meet to run longer**

TEAM SET UP: WE WILL BE SET UP IN THE SCHOOL "COMMON AREA', THE SCHOOL CAFETERIA.

ALL THE TEAMS WILL BE IN THIS AREA TOO. YOU CAN FIND US BY OUR COLORFUL TEAM BANNER AND SPIRIT!!!

Divisional T-shirts we will be available to purchase at the meet.

If your swimmer/s will be participating in an Invitational meet money is due at Saturday's meet, please let a board member know as we will be taking the payment. Parents please do your swimmers meet entries. Swimmers can qualify at divisionals for an invitational meet, you can do your swimmers entries then or ask a board member to help you.

This meet takes a group effort to make it run smooth so if you have not signed up to volunteer please do so, if we have spots that are not filled the meet will be held up until we fill them. If you have questions about signing up to volunteer please contact

As always please make sure your swimmer/s are eating healthy food and staying hydrated and not running around the school. There will be a sound system or an announcer in our area so we can hear the events that are being called, please give your swimmer extra time to get to the heat benches since we are set up in the cafeteria.

It will likely be on the cooler side since indoors so you may want to bring extra towels, blankets and clothes to cover up with in between events.

Fold up chairs, pillows, blankets, cooler with sandwiches/snacks are still recommended. Games, toys, coloring books, cards and electronics welcome!!!
