Hello FOST Families!

Who else is super excited about another AMAZING season of swim? I can’t believe that it is just right around the corner. With that, I wanted to give you an update on volunteering for the 2019 season.

Something different this year:

• We will be opening the sign up for volunteers the week before the meet.
  • There will be an email and blast on FB when we open the sign-up sheets on the website.
  • Signing up on the website is the same as last year.
  • You will log into your FOST account and sign up for the shift.
• Families should only sign up for 1 shift per meet
  • With the exception of the Black and Green Meet

Number of shifts:

• Each family will be responsible for 7 shifts.
  • May 4^th – Black and Green Meet (home)
    • Since this meet is a meet for our team only – it requires a few more volunteers
    • Families will be allowed to sign up for 2 shifts for this meet
  • May 6^th – Team Social
  • May 11^th – Home meet
  • May 18^th – Away meet
  • May 25^th – Home meet
  • June 1^st – Home meet
  • June 2^nd – Summer Thunder (Optional Meet)
    • Families who attend this meet will need to fill these shifts
  • June 8^th – Home meet
  • June 10th - Team Pep Rally
  • June 15^th – Divisionals
  • June 24^th – End of Season Party
  • TBD – Cudathon
