Hello FOST Parents!

Volunteer sign ups are now open!

Reminder:  1 shift per family per meet - this will allow all families the opportunity to get volunteer points.  

FANTASTIC job this weekend!  I am so proud of our team and our FOST families.  There is never a shortage of someone wanting to step up and lend a hand.  A Big Huge THANK YOU!  

 - We understand that when you volunteer, your swimmers might need to come talk to you.  That is fine, but what we ask is that they not be with you during the entire shift.  This distracts you and other volunteers in your area.  This will be especially important during dual meets - we don't want to be perceived as being distracted.  If you have any questions or concerns - please feel free to reach out.  

 - We also ask that parents NOT volunteering remain off the pool deck by the ready benches / behind the blocks - these areas are marked off by cones and yellow chains.  If there is a special circumstance - please get with a board member and we can discuss.
