SUNDAY 6/2
Check in at 10:45am for 10 & Under
& at 4:15 pm for those 11 & ups competing in the 100's

Warm-Up : 11:30-11:45am in lanes 7 & 8
Warm-Up for 11 & Up: estimated time 4:40

 Meet starts at 1:00 PM for 10 & under

MONDAY 6/3 - remaining 11 & up events

We are in need of volunteers to time for the entirety of the meet for lane3, please go to the event on our website and signup.

Sunday: The building will open at 9:30 am.

Monday: We will not be able to enter the building before 3:30 pm, due to school activities taking place on campus during the day. Please do not attempt to enter the building on Monday prior to 3:30 pm.

Meet Set-up for swimmers and families will be available indoors in the school cafeteria. This is a large meet with 1,200 swimmers from 30 different teams. Space is limited for all the teams. Our team will have area set up for all swimmers and parents. No items may be left inside overnight. The seating area for everyone as you wait for your swimmer(s) events may be chilly or warm so please prepare for both options!

  Items to bring : fold up chairs, towels, blankets, pillows, coolers with picnic lunch, snacks, fruit, and lots of water / drinks. Board games, coloring books and electronics are welcome!

This meet typically runs smoothly as long as there are enough volunteers, so PLEASE sign up for the timing role that we have. If we don't have a timer in that lane the meet referee comes and talks to the board and coaches and then we have to try and find someone, which then adds on to the meet timeline.

Concessions will be available.

Merchandise : D&J Sports will be selling apparel and swim gear at this meet. A custom Summer Thunder shirt will be on sale as well
