Howdy Barracudas!!  We can't believe it's already time for Divisionals!!  

Please see important info below and the several items attached with details about the meet.  Review the map and the Do's/Don'ts sheet provided.  

DATE:     Saturday, June 15th

PLACE:   Cypress Ranch High School 10700 Fry Road, Cypress, TX 77437

CHECK IN:   6:45 AM - swimmers check in with coaches, volunteers check in with Heather

WARM UPS:    7:15 AM - we are in the first warm up group

MEET TIME:    8:30 AM

TEAM SET UP:   Cafeteria/Commons area, please see attached map.

**NO strollers or wagons will be allowed inside the school per Cy Fair rules**

VOLUNTEERS:  This meet takes a group effort to make it run smoothly.  This is one we ask that everyone volunteer for.  You guys are amazing and many have already signed up,  however we do have a few timer, scribes, safety monitor, and runner spots still open.   All spots must be filled or the meet will be held up until we can fill them.  Any questions, please let us know.

CONCESSIONS:  There will be four food trucks on site.  One will be there for breakfast starting at 7:30 am.  The remaining trucks will arrive for lunch.   There will be no other concessions sold in the school.  Not even coffee.... so make sure you bring your own!  ;0)   The food truck menus are attached.   There are restaurants close to the high school or you may bring your own food. 

As always, please make sure your swimmers are eating healthy foods, staying hydrated, and not running around the school.  There will be a sound system and announcer calling the events.  Please give your swimmer extra time to get to the heat benches as we are in the cafeteria and the farthest away.  (but we are closest to the food trucks!)  

Bring extra towels, blankets, and clothes for your swimmer in between events as it may be cooler inside.
