If you have qualified for any of the Invitational Meets and will be attending, please be sure you have rsvp'd on the FOST website and have paid the fees to FOST ($7 per individual event) asap. 

Invitational Practice Schedule:

ONLY swimmers who make qualifying times and who will be swimming in one of the Invitational meets will continue with practice from June 17th - June 28th. 

Age group          Time 

11 & Up              8:00 - 9:00 am

7, 8, 9, 10          9:00 - 10:00 am 

6 & Under          9:00am - 9:45 am 

Spring Swim Team also has practice times this week for Invitation swimmers Monday - Wednesday from 7- 8 pm at Spring High School. Park in lot B, enter off of I45 feeder.
