Come join FOST celebrating our 50th anniversary!

Team Registration is open online and you can register until May 2. The volunteer deposit must be dropped off on the first day of practice or you can make arrangements with Sherri Bechtel Guinn or contact a board member.

Splash registration is open online and you can register until April 18th. If you register you must contact me with what days & time slot you need for your swimmer/s.

Age group Time:
6 & Under 5:00pm - 5:30p

7 & 8 5:30pm - 6:10pm

9 & 10 6:10pm - 6:50pm

11 & 12 6:50pm - 7:30pm

13 & up 7:30pm - 8:30pm

Barracuda Splash lessons

4:00pm - 4:30pm
4:30pm-5:00pm
