Hello FOST families!

We are looking forward to our first 10&Under meet of the year.  

Volunteer shifts are now open!!!!!!  

At this time - we had to up the volunteer requirements to 3 for the season.    

We had some families that had to volunteer for 2 - 3 shifts last meet.  We are super thankful to each of you!  

Families - please only sign up for one shift per family to start.  If we need to open it up to more we will let you know.
