Hey Barracuda!
This is the busiest and craziest part of the season, winding down to the end. It is time to start thinking of invitationals! FOST participates in 3 fun end of the season invitational meets! Red White & Blue, All-Stars, and Ponderosa. 

You can start signing up online for the meet(s) your swimmer is qualified for. We will have all meet information & qualified times required on the FOST website.
Entry for the meet: 

-Go to the meet entry tab.
-Declare your swimmer is attending.

-The events your swimmer/s are qualified for will be in white. If an event is in gray that means they don’t have a qualifying time yet or their time has reached the overqualified time and places them into the meet for Ponderosa.

**The Ponderosa meet has the fastest qualifying times for swimmers.
All entries will need to be done by Saturday, June 19th by 3:00 pm! 

When registering, keep in mind that All-Stars and RWB have a “3 Entry Bonus”.
- 3 entry bonus rule, not including IM or 100 free, they can swim up to 6 individual events. *see coach for the rules and exceptions* 

*10 & Under parents If you need help with entries you can ask board members Heather , Sherri or I at the meet next week 6/12.

*11 & up parents we will be working on entries during the home meet 6/19 at the table by the DJ set up.
