Summer Thunder Info for 11 & Up - Sun, June 13th

For 11 & Up attending Summer Thunder this Sunday:

As you are aware, the meet was broken up in to 2 Sundays (June 6th and June 13th). The 1st Sunday was for 10 & Under and this 2nd Sunday is for 11 & Ups. Based on the number of swimmers that entered the meet this year, and working under our current Klein ISD capacity limitations, we had combined some sessions of the meet each day from what was originally planned as follows:

Sunday, June 6th - 1 Session with all 10 & Unders 
Sunday, June 13th - 2 Sessions; 1st is 11-12 year old session, and then following that will be a 13 & Up Session.
The attached packet contains the meet information for the 2nd Sunday (June 13th). It contains important information, parking map, warmup assignments, estimated timeline, etc. This year, PACK will be supplying all timers for each session, so we will not require teams coming to the meet to provide timers. IMPORTANT REMINDER: Because some sessions were combined, the event numbers were renumbered so they would be in sequential order in each session. The name of all the events is the same, it's just the event number that is different from your original entries. We sent you an entry report last week that had the new numbers listed. Heat sheets will be electronic this year. We will have those finalized today and will send it out as soon as we get it.  Pack will also have QR code at pool on day of meet to scan to get the heat sheet as well.
