This Thursday, May 12th Forest Oaks has the opportunity to swim at the newly renovated Spring high school natatorium! 

Spring swim team is a year-round club that is a FOST sponsor and their head coach Mike will be holding a special practice for all FOST swimmers. 

Practice will be held at Spring High School not at the FOST pool. 

Practice times - 

*10 and Under - 6:30-7:00 

*11 and up- 7-8

Coach Michael Hernandez is the head coach at Spring High School and SST, a USA Swimming team. He has more than 30 years of experience coaching successful swimmers on multiple teams. He has trained many State Champions, top 10 Nationally Ranked swimmers, and swimmers working towards the Olympic Trials. Coach Michael's main focus is technique and stroke development. He has the ability to motivate and develop swimmers of all abilities to reach their goals. Doing what is right for the swimmers is his priority and shows in his dedication to the sport and helping kids.
