Hey Barracudas!!

Are you ready for this Saturday Meet against the Memorial Northwest Marlins Swim Team???

Date: Saturday May 28, 2022

Place: Memorial Northwest Marlins Pool (a 8 lane pool!!)

Arrival Time: 7:00 AM SHARP

Warm Ups Starts at 7:40

Meet Starts: 8:30

Officials Meeting 8:00am

Ready Bench Meeting 8:10am

Timers/scribes meeting poolside: 8:15 am

Swimmers must check in with the Coaches

Volunteers check in w/ Volunteer Coord

Parking: Visiting team parking is next door at Theiss Elementary.

If we overflow into the neighborhood for parking, please park respectfully and legally.

There will be 3 reserved parking spots in the clubhouse parking lot for visiting team coaches.

Team Set Up: Please use driveway 1 on the map as an entrance only driveway. Area 2 is for unloading and loading only. (Drop off stuff, park car, walk back to move stuff.)

Visiting swimmer tents are set up in the parking lot area southwest of the pool (across from the playground - area outlined in green on the map).

Concessions: The Marlins will be providing concessions.

Cash or credit cards. You also have the option to buy tickets to exchange for food if you prefer.

Menu items include:

breakfast tacos

muffins

donuts

hamburgers

hot dogs

chips

candy

drinks

Things to bring may include: Wagons for the walk to the pool, canopies, sunscreen, bug spray, fold up chairs, towels, blankets, pillows, tarps (in case grass is wet), coolers with picnic lunch, fruit, and lots of water/drinks. Board games, coloring books, & electronics are welcome.

Please remember we are guests of the facility. We must keep it clean by throwing away all trash and encourage the kids to pick up after themselves.

Family / Child Safety Reminders: NO swimmers are allowed on the tennis courts during the meet. Also, no throwing tennis balls in the area. We need all Parents to help enforce this.

REMINDERS:

We still have World’s Finest Chocolate Fundraiser to hand out and if you have money to turn you can turn it in to any Board Member.
