Check-in time: 7 am

Meet time: Warm-ups begin @ 7:45 - 8:15

by age group

Meet starts at 8:30 am

VISITING TEAM SETUP:

The setup area for visiting team is on the grass behind the south lot.

There is NO shade!

PARKING: All traffic needs to park in the south lot of the clubhouse and along T.C Jester.

Cars can pull in and drop off equipment – but will be asked to move if they do not.

Things to bring may include Canopies, Sunscreen, bug spray fold-up chairs, towels, blankets, pillows, tarps (in case the grass is wet) coolers with picnic lunch, fruit, and lots of water/drinks. Board games, coloring books, and electronics are welcome!

Parents, please help keep the facility clean by throwing away all your trash. We ask you to encourage the kids to pick up after themselves.

Concessions:

Breakfast: Tacos, pancakes, chocolate chip pancakes, sausage patties

Lunch: Burgers, hot dogs, sausage rolls

Snacks: Fruit, nachos/cheese and chili, pickles, chips, candy

Drinks: Water, soda, Gatorade, lemonade, coffee

Looking ahead:

Sunday & Monday is the Summer Thunder invitational meet all the information went out separately today.

The Pentathlon meet June 11th meet information went out earlier this week all meet entries are due Saturday by 7!

Spring Swim Team is offering another clinic night. June 8th for 9-year-olds and up. I'll send out a flyer with more information separately.

Regular morning practice will be available for all age groups.
