Summer Thunder Meet Summary information!

Check in at 8:00am - 10 & Under

& at 12:00 pm for those 11 & ups competing in the 100's

Warm-Up : 8:30-8:45

Lane -3, 4 & 5

Meet starts at : 9:45

Open Warm-Up for 11 & Up:

Meet estimated start : 1:00

MONDAY 6/5- remaining 11 & up events

Check in at : 1:00pm

Warm-Up: 1:30-1:45

in lanes 6, 7, & 8

Meet starts at : 2:45

The volunteer shifts are all filled please report to your lane for your shifts. Attached below is the link.

DOORS OPEN

Doors will open at 7:15 AM on Sunday, 12:15 PM on Monday. No one will be permitted inside the school or nat until this time.

INDOOR SET-UP INFORMATION

Setup will only be allowed on the day of your meet session. No items may be left overnight. Walkways & exit doors must be kept clear.

Please set up only within the blue tape.

*NO INFLATABLE MATRESSES/BEDS/CHAIRS

The Commons & Practice Gym are available on Sunday

The Commons only on Monday

Families have the option to sit outside the commons with tents/chairs Setup is NOT ALLOWED outside these areas

The stands in the pool area will be for observation only and NO SETUP IS ALLOWED IN SPECTATOR AREA. Please allow others to watch their child after yours has swum.

There is no flash photography at the start of a race.

Items to bring : fold up chairs, towels, blankets, pillows, coolers with picnic lunch, snacks, fruit, and lots of water / drinks. Board games, coloring books and electronics are welcome!

CONCESSIONS / FOOD TRUCKS

Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase Concessions is CASH ONLY. Food Trucks will be located in the grass area by the commons.

Merchandise : D&J Sports will be selling apparel and swim gear at this meet. A custom Summer Thunder shirt will be on sale as well

This meet typically runs smoothly as long as there are enough volunteers, so PLEASE sign up for the timing role that we have. If we don't have a timer in that lane the meet referee comes and talks to the board and coaches and then we have to try and find someone, which then adds on to the meet timeline.
