Excited to see everyone tonight at the 2024 FOST Icebreaker! If you are attending, please be sure to read the info below and complete a waiver. WAIVERS ARE REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18. It can be done via this link and brought with you or there will be some copies available this evening. Remember we are guests of FOSRC and we want to leave the pool, bathrooms, and surrounding areas the way we found them.

Looking ahead: 

Black & Green Time Trial Meet & Picture day is May 4th. Meet information will go out early next week. 

Parents update your calendars!!! On May 11th we will be HOSTING The Woodland riptides. They have a scheduling conflict so we are happy to host.
