This email has a lot of new information please read it all carefully😊 

Forest Oaks Barracudas VS 

Woodland Riptides, WindRose Stingrays, Woodland Marlins, Country Lake Estate Crocs & Spring Creek Oak Dolphins. 

DATE: SATURDAY JUNE 15th 

Where: KLEIN COLLINS HIGH SCHOOL ADDRESS: 20811 Ella Blvd, Spring, TX 77388 Parking / Entrance - park all the way near the track, then go in those doors and you will walk all the way down that hallway to the cafeteria/commons area. 

CHECK-IN TIME: 6:25 

WARM-UPS: 6:45-7:10 (We are the first warm-up group) 

MEET TIME: 8:30- 3:30 estimated 

**The Meet events go through 86 at Divisionals. Events 43-48 are age group mixed boy/girl free relays. Swimmers can swim in 2 relays at the meet, a regular Medley relay, a Mixed boy/girl free relay, or a regular free relay. 

**After the meet team awards will be announced! After the long day try and stay for the excitement and team pictures 🥳🤩🏆 

* * Since we are swimming the 5 other teams in our division expect this meet to run longer

** TEAM SETUP: All teams will be the in school commons ( cafeteria area) 

FOST will have a set-up team area with a FOST banner. 💚🖤 🤩

Spectator seating and traffic: A. Spectator seating will be restricted to the bleachers in the natatorium and a small area near the pool entrance. B. Entry to the spectator seating will be from the main entrance. 

Spectators SHOULD NOT remain in the bleachers or balcony all day to accommodate other spectators. The gym directly next to the pool will have a ready bench area. No SPRAY PAINTED HAIR on the grounds or in the pool, or use of washable markers. Only SHARPIE markers to write event information. Swimmers believed to be wearing washable or water-soluble markers, etc. will be asked to shower/remove markings. 

This meet takes a big group effort to make it run smoothly. All six teams are responsible for volunteers! Volunteering at Divisionals is mandatory. Volunteer sign-ups are open. If we have spots that are not filled the meet will be held up until we fill them. If you have questions about signing up to volunteer please contact: Adam [email protected] 

There will be a sound system or an announcer in our area so we can hear the events that are being called, please give your swimmer extra time to get to the heat benches.

Items to bring : Fold-up chairs, pillows, blankets, cooler with sandwiches/snacks are recommended. Games, toys, coloring books, cards, and electronics are welcome!!! - 

FOOD OPTIONS AT DIVISIONAL MEET The CLE Crocs will be hosting concessions at Klein Collins for our Divisional Meet on Saturday, June 15th. We are excited to offer select Chick-fil-A items via pre-order. On site offerings will include breakfast tacos, donuts, chips, candy, drinks, and limited amounts of hot food such as pizza slices. To guarantee your Chick-fil-A meal on site and ready for pickup, pre-order early. CLE Crocs are taking orders through our swimtopia merchandise shop for safe and secure ordering. Please read all the details at the start of the page with guest login information/instructions and details for ordering. In the personalization textbox please add your name, phone number, team, and email address for order confirmation/receipt to be sent no more than 12 hours after ordering. Starting on Thursday at 10am, the Crocs will begin limiting items to support CFA ordering deadlines. Ordering through our site will end on Friday at 4:00pm. As always please make sure your swimmer/s are eating healthy food and staying hydrated and not running around the facility. It will be a long day.

REMINDERS : 

INVITATIONALS: I know some may be waiting to still qualify for invitationals this Saturday, but all invitational RSVP's/Entries MUST be done by Saturday 7 pm NO EXCEPTIONS. Once your RSVP's are done, we still have to review everything, see if we can setup relays, and run reports for submission which is due starting at 8 am Sunday morning, INFO: 1. RWB - outside pool, Fleet Aquatic Center $10 per individ event 

2. All Stars - Klein High $9 per individ event All Stars 3 Event Bonus Rule– If the swimmer has achieved an ALLSTAR time or better in at least 3 events, the swimmer will be allowed to enter any remaining event(s) as long as they have not reached the cut off time. For more details and exceptions, go to the “3 Event Bonus Rule” section. Swimmer may not bonus the 100 Free, 100 IM and 10 & under 50 Free. Must have qualifying times to enter either of these 3 events. 

3. Ponderosa - Cy Fair Natatorium $10 per individ event FOST covers the cost of any relays. 

***Invitational Practice Only: June 17th - June 21st ONLY swimmers who make qualifying times and who will be swimming in one of the Invitation meets will continue with the practice for the last week of June. Age group Time 11 & Up 8:00am - 9:00am 7, 8, 9, 10 9:00am - 10:00am 6 & Under 9:00am - 9:45am 

**Barracuda Invitational Swimmers mark your calendars! We invite you to our annual pasta carb-load dinner on Wednesday June 19th from 6-8 pm in the FOSRC meeting room to help prepare our Barracudas to swim fast at the invitational meets. We will have a sign up link to bring a pasta dish, salad, and bread The FOST board will have drinks and a cake. More information will go out for this event with the signup link after divisionals. 

🥳 Our End Of Season Party & Awards is on June 24th for all swimmers & families! More information will go out and will be posted.
