We rec'd the mockup for the swim caps and are offering them in Kelly Green or Powder Blue.   Please complete the form below whether you ordered them during registration OR if you didn't and would like one.   

We ask you complete the form no later than Sunday, April 20th at 5 pm so we can place the order first thing Monday morning.
