It’s just me blowing up your notifications.

Trust us we don’t like blowing up your emails and posting all day on FB over weather 😂 but we want everyone to have all the information we can provide asap when dealing with weather.

Swimmers needing a time, don’t stress we have a plan for everyone. We are not the only team with this situation. Everyone around us is canceling practices due to weather and still have swimmers needing times. Spring Creek Oaks has agreed to merge the meet Friday morning so we can get times Today & Thursday.

Plan :

High school group & anyone else if you need a time come 5:00-6:00 today.

As of now the weather looks good.

If we can get you in the water we will get your time. Please still come we will wait it out and try to get you in for a few times to get entered in for the meet.

Anyone not available to come during that time please watch the weather, we use weatherbug it shows lighting in the area and the timeframe.

If your child needs a time and you see that there is a chance that a practice group is going to happen bring your child to that practice!! We will have someone available to get your child’s time.

This plan is for Today.

Thursday the weather looks great so those still needing a time we will get it during your regular practice.

Thanks to everyone for your patience and understanding that the weather can change at any second. Our goal is to swim as many groups as possible! We will swim in the rain, wind and cooler temps but we go by all facility rules and safe swimming rules so once lighting gets in the area we monitor it closely.

Reminder:

1. Please rsvp your swimmer as attending, not attending, no relays, etc. If you don’t rsvp, your swimmer is not eligible to be in relays.
2. Coaches ask that you select ONE event this meet and they will choose the rest.

3. If your swimmer missed Black/Green meet, they will not be able to rsvp until they get their trial times and are input into SwimTopia. We have a list of all swimmers needing times.

Please let us know if you have any questions or conflicts with getting your swimmers times.

4. Those with times the RSVP is due TODAY by 5 pm!
