Parents 😊 Please read carefully. 

We are finishing our volunteer responsibilities, and a few things will be updated by Wednesday. This meet will require all hands on deck to run smoothly. We are very appreciative to have Klein Forest during their renovation.

Team moms/dads if y’all are available Friday to meet at Klein Forest @ 4, We would like to give you a tour of our plans to run this meet. 

If you plan to do the ready bench area if you can join at 4 please come too. 

The school is under renovation and we are using an upstairs gym & hallway for all team set-up areas. 

Ready bench area & concessions will be downstairs. 

NO setup downstairs & NO wagons ( there is no room) 

Upstairs has a standing viewing area. Watch your swimmer and please return to your setup area. 

The pool deck bleachers are off-limits for spectators. They are available for coaches, officials, and a section for the handicapped & elderly only. 

There are designated bathrooms for everyone to use upstairs/downstairs. 

Swimmers can use the locker rooms that are on deck. 

There are 3 stairways that will have safety marshals set up to help guide traffic flow and keep everyone safe & off the stairs.

1. Main set - behind the trophy cases as you enter KF, leads to the setup areas upstairs
2. Ready Bench area
3. Pool exit

We will have signs/directions all throughout the areas to help navigate where to go. 

We have limited areas due to the renovations taking place and after hours of planning yesterday, we know we can make this work!!! And yay for AC🎉 

Please remember to RSVP your swimmers for the Divisional Meet this Saturday!! DIVISIONALS RSVP is open!! All events are coaches pick (unless your swimmer needs a time for invitationals, pls put message in notes section). Your swimmer must have participated in 2 dual meets in order to qualify for Divisionals. PLEASE remember to RSVP if attending or not. There is a lot of planning that goes into the entries for this meet and it goes so much easier when we know exactly who it attending or not. DEADLINE is Wednesday, June 11th at NOON!
