A Big Huge THANK YOU to those who volunteered at Divisionals yesterday. FOST Barracudas is 100% volunteer driven organization. It takes a lot of planning, preparation and execution to make our meets work especially Divisionals! Brian Mehok you are the best NWAL REP & Meet Director for taking on this project!

Invitational Practice Only: ONLY swimmers who made qualifying times and who will be swimming in one of the Invitational meets will continue with practice for the last week of June 16-20.
Age group Time 11 & Up 8:00am - 9:00am 

7, 8, 9, 10 9:00am - 10:00am 

6 & Under 9:00am - 9:45am 

Upcoming dates- Wednesday, June 18th- pasta dinner for invitational swimmers. We will have a signup link for families to bring a pasta dish or salad. FOST will provide drinks and dessert.
Invitational Meets - June 20th-22nd all the meet information will go out this week as we receive the information. 

End of the season party 🥳🏆💚🖤 Potluck dinner, pool party & Awards Monday, June 23rd. More information will go out later this week.
