Summary of parent meeting :

The volunteer positions will open on Tuesdays. We are a smaller team than we have been in the past that means volunteering at all meets will be very important to help home & away meets run smoothly.

It's very important to RSVP whether you’re attending a meet or not. If you are unsure whether you’ll attend a meet, we suggest you RSVP yes that you'll attend. It is easier for us to scratch you from the meet we can never add you to a meet after it closes on Thursday. On Thursdays, the two teams merge their entries so after that we cannot add swimmers

We understand that things come up with other activities, or you wake up sick, so if you have RSVPed yes for a meet and actually cannot go, you can message us on Facebook, post on Facebook, or email a board member.

The Swim store off of Louetta closed. You can buy swim gear & swimsuits at D&J Sports or swimoutlet.com is a great option too.

5/2 Saturday is our Time Trial Meet

Black & Green

This is the meet where swimmers get their official times for the season, coaches will do all meet entries for this meet. If you are unable to attend the meet, you can let the coaches know and your swimmer can get their times during next week’s practice.

We will also have team & individual Pictures. Forms will be available Saturday at the pool, and I will have the link this week so you can pre-order online.

Team shirts will be passed out on Saturday morning. * Hoodies, tanks, and swim caps will be passed out at a later date when they arrive we will have them at the pool during practice and get them to you as soon as possible.

If you have not dropped off your deposit check for volunteering please do so this upcoming week during practice.

Parents join our Facebook page we post everything there too. If you join please answer the questions so we know you are linked to FOST.
