Hello FOST! Here is the information of the upcoming Shark Splash Invitational Meet.  
Please ensure to read this all the way through.  

We do have a timing assignment.  WE are assigned Lane 1 for session 1 (Sunday morning)  It is open on the website for you to go sign up!  We have broken it down by events to make it more fair for all the timers!  Feel free to sign up for multiple spots.

Thank you for attending our 4th annual Shark Splash NWAL invitational

Team will be adding files online at https://www.unitedswimaquatics.com/page/join-team/shark-splash (psych sheet currently available)

We know teams might assign shifts to families. Please remind families that check-in is not with the host volunteer table. They must report to the assigned lane.

COACHES CHECK IN

Coaches will receive heat sheets and relay sheets once they check in. Coaches must have their credentials.

Hospitality will be available for coaches and officials

SET UP/READY BENCH

Set up will be available in the school cafeteria (grassy area outside also available) Please be aware we will try to have the purple arrow entrance open. If not, the red arrow will be the main entrance. Map at the bottom of email.

The entrance to the viewing area will be the 2^nd floor pool entrance. Families must use the cafeteria stairs to reach 2^nd floor. The viewing area is not a set up area, families are asked to watch swimmers and return to the cafeteria.

Handicap/Elderly spectators will be allowed in the downstairs pool area.

The Ready bench entrance will be at the hallway near the athletic hall entrance.

HEAT SHEETS

Once the heat sheet is sent out, please remind families to write events, heats, and lanes on the swimmer's arm. This will help run the ready bench. We will publish the heat sheet on meet mobile but please note we will not publish results live. For 8&Unders specially, teams are encouraged to have one team parent help drop them off at the ready bench. We have several littles that might not respond, it helps to have an adult that knows who they are.

AWARDS

Awards will be given out during the meet to coaches.

We are excited to have Southern Vacation food truck, Donut Nv, Honor society coffee co. attend our meet.
