Important Team Reminders & Information

Our home meet this Saturday against Auburn Lakes is open to rsvp and for volunteer spots.

Rsvp will close on Wednesday at 5pm!

Parents It's very important to RSVP whether you’re attending a meet or not. If you are unsure whether you’ll attend a meet, we suggest you RSVP yes that you'll attend. It is easier for us to scratch you from the meet we can never add you to a meet after it closes on Thursday. On Thursdays, the two teams merge their entries so after that we cannot add swimmers.

Parents - if you have questions or concerns for the coaches, please email them or ask a board member. Coaches need to be in the pool or on deck focused on the swimmers at all times. In most cases, a board member can answer the question or get the answer quickly.

As in previous years, parents are not allowed on the pool deck during practices only swimmers, coaches, and board members will be permitted on deck.

We have rain in the forecast for the next 2 weeks please check Facebook & your emails for practice updates if we have to cancel.

Next Thursday 5/28 will be our annual Cudathon practice, coaches will talk to swimmers this week during practice about this event we have during the regular practice time.

What is CUDATHON?

As a non-profit, FOST relies on fundraisers to help replace aging equipment to improve the performance of our team and swimmers. Cudathon is a fun practice/fundraiser where our swimmers try to do as many laps as possible any way they want and obtain pledges &/or donations to help the team raise funds.

This event is used to teach swimmers about the importance of setting goals. They will set a personal goal for how many laps they think they can swim during their practice

***If your swimmer is interested in attending Summer Thunder and needs to swim certain event or events this Saturday to get a time please do your swimmer's entries and add a note to the coach.

All entries for Summer Thunder are due Saturday evening by 6:00pm!!

We have a deadline to submit all entries on Sunday morning to ensure our spot for this meet. It's a larger meet so it's first come first serve at a capacity limit.
