Stay connected to the meet while not in the pool area. These texts will tell you about the current event and heat that is in the water throughout the meet.

Indoor/Air Conditioned setup will be available in the High School Hallways & Commons. There is an outdoor area just outside the commons for overflow available on both days.

Check in with coaches: 5:30PM
Warm-Up session: Lane 7 & 10 / 6:00pm – 6:15pm
Meet starts at 6:30PM

Session 2: Saturday AM 11 & Over Free & Back
Check in with coaches: 7:15am
Warm-Up session: Lane 3 & 4 /7:45am – 8:00am
Meet starts at 9:00AM

Session 3: Saturday PM 10&Under Free & Back

Meet Set-up for swimmers and families will be available indoors. This is a large meet with 1,200 swimmers from 30 different teams. Space is limited for all the teams. Our team will have area set up for all swimmers and parents. No items may be left inside overnight. The seating area for everyone as you wait for your swimmer(s) events may be chilly or warm so please prepare for both options!

Items to bring: fold up chairs, towels, blankets, pillows, coolers with picnic lunch, snacks, fruit, and lots of water / drinks. Board games, coloring books and electronics are welcome!

This meet typically runs smoothly as long as there are enough volunteers, so PLEASE sign up for the timing role that we have. If we don't have a timer in that lane the meet referee comes and talks to the board and coaches and then we must try and find someone, which then adds on to the meet timeline.

Merchandise: D&J Sports will be selling apparel and swim gear at this meet.

Concessions: Drinks and snacks will be available. Cash will be accepted or any sales or participants can pay via Square for $5.00 or more purchases.
