Arrival Time: 7:00 AM Sharp

Meet Time: Warm ups Gators 7:00-7:30

Visiting Team 7:30-8:00

Meet starts: 8:30

 

Heat sheets will be available for purchase.

Credit cards and cash are accepted for payment.

Concessions: food & beverage for both breakfast and lunch will be available.

Visiting Team Setup Area: Visiting Team setup area is on the south side of the pool outside the pool fence.  There is no natural shade for either team, so please bring pop-ups to help keep your swimmers protected from the sun. 

Other items may include: sunscreen, towels, blankets, chairs, tarps for the ground, cooler w/ picnic lunch, fruits and plenty of water/drinks! Games, coloring books, and electronics are welcome.

Please cleanup your area when you are finished with the meet. Parents please help encourage kids to pick up their garbage and help keep the facility clean.

Playground areas: Playground areas are off limits during the meet for both TEAMS!

On-deck Etiquette: All parent set up is outside the pool fence area.  The pool area is reserved for event viewing only.  No chairs inside the pool fence please.

Parking: Parking is always a challenge during Gleannloch hosted swim meets.  Accommodating about 200 vehicles in a small space while not impacting our neighbors in the surrounding area is difficult, but not impossible.  We request that whenever possible please carpool.  

Please obey these basic parking rules: 

•             No parking at a stop sign.

•             Do not block a fire hydrant or driveway. 

•             On residential streets, parking is permitted on one side of the street only (this will allow emergency vehicles to pass unobstructed).

•             There is no parking in either direction on Northpointe.

•             There is no parking between the yellow signs on Gleannbury Drive.  

•             No parking on Edgeloch Drive in either direction due to it being an extremely narrow street.

•             Do not park where "No Parking" signs are posted!

Following these rules will allow for smooth traffic flow and better relations with families who live near the Gleannloch Competition Pool.  Weather permitting we can use the fields around the baseball fields for parking.
