Howdy Invitational Swimmers!

Just wanted to send out an email to let everyone know about some specifics about the invitational meets and to remind everyone of the warm-up times!

Trinity:

• Trinity will be held at the Conroe ISD Natatorium (the same place that we had our meet against the Woodlands Marlins).
• You will be sitting outside for this meet since there is no room for groups of people to sit together inside, so be prepared to sit in the same area that we were at for the Marlins' meet! I suggest that you all try and gather together in one space so everyone can be together!
• This meet is supposed to be over pretty quick so don't worry, you won't be in the heat for long! On Saturday (10&Unders) there will only be one pool running, so it will be just like our dual meet. On Sunday (11&Ups) they will be running two pools, a boys and girls pool, so this day will be over a lot faster than you think!
• WARMUPS: Saturday warm-ups will be from 6:40 -7 AM in the center pool in lane 1; Sunday warm-ups will be from 6:40- 7 AM in the west pool in lanes 6 and 7. PLEASE be at the Natatorium, ready to warm up no later than 6:35 AM.
• Coach Jimmy will be there both Saturday and Sunday, and Coach Saidee will be there on Sunday.

All Stars:

• All Stars will be at the Klein High School Natatorium (where we had Divisionals LAST year)
• You will be sitting inside for this meet (YAY!). As I said with Trinity, I suggest that you claim a big enough spot to fit everyone from our team so we can keep everyone together. Since you are sitting inside, I suggest that you bring blankets, a sweatshirt, and at least 2 towels (that way your swimmer(s) aren't sitting in a wet towel between swims).
• WARMUPS: Saturday warm-ups are from 8-8:20 AM in lane 3; Sunday warm-ups are from 8:20- 8:40 AM in lane 4 (we will be sharing this lane with another team). PLEASE be at the pool, ready to warm up no later than 7:55 AM on Saturday and 8:15 AM on Sunday.
• Coach Courtney will be there both Saturday and Sunday, and Coach Saidee will be there on Saturday.
• IF YOUR SWIMMER(S) MAKE FINALS, a coach will let them know when to be back for warm-ups and for their races.

Ponderosa:

• Ponderosa will be at the Klein Oak High School Natatorium (where Summer Sizzler was held).
• You will be sitting inside for this meet, and in the same general area as we were for Summer Sizzler. As I said with All Stars and Trinity, I suggest that you claim a big enough spot to fit everyone from our team. Since we are sitting inside, I suggest you bring blankets, a sweatshirt, and at least 2 towels (that way your swimmer(s) aren't sitting in a wet towel between swims).
• WARMUPS: I'm very excited to announce that we will actually be having structured warm-ups this year!! Saturday warm-ups will be from 7:10- 7:30 AM in lane 3; Sunday warm-ups will be from 7:50- 8:10 AM in lane 4. PLEASE be at the pool by at least 7:05 AM on Saturday and 7:45 AM on Sunday.
• Coach Alie will be there both Saturday and Sunday.
• IF YOUR SWIMMER(S) MAKE FINALS, a coach will let them know when to be back for warm-ups and for their races.
