Thank you for entering our 28th Annual Allstar Meet this year!  We are looking forward to another fun and exciting meet and are happy to be hosting the meet at the Klein High School pool again this year.

 Attached is a Meet Highlights Summary Page with VERY important information to distribute to your team members attending the meet.

  

Also attached are the team warm-up assignments, team lane timing assignments, estimated timeline, and entry report sorted by team alphabetically (which lists swimmers by first name and last initial to comply with NWAL privacy policies).

 

Please make sure your parents and swimmers understand that the estimated timeline is only an estimate.  The meet may run ahead or behind of the posted timeline, and they will need to pay attention to how the meet is running, so they don’t miss their events. 

 

Teams are requested to provide timers for the prelim sessions each day, as listed on attached Lane Timer Page.  Please make sure your parents coming to the meet are aware of this.   If your team is not assigned a timing chair for the meet, please ask your parents to fill in as needed.  PACK will be providing the timers at finals in the evening both nights.

   

Teams and parents are asked to check the Athlete Roster included in this email and also posted on our website at www.packswimming.com on the Allstar page.  List is by first name and last initial, to follow NWAL privacy policies. THIS IS EVERYONE’S OPPORTUNITY TO CHECK TO SEE WHICH SWIMMERS WERE ENTERED IN THE MEET BY YOUR TEAM.  THIS IS NOT AN OPPORTUNITY TO ADD ADDITIONAL ENTRIES PRIOR TO THE MEET THAT WERE NOT SUBMITTED AT REGISTRATION.  If for ANY reason a team has failed to enter a swimmer that qualifies in an event, we will have LIMITED DECK ENTRIES on the day of the event, but ONLY to fill empty lanes in existing heats.  Deck entries will be accepted between 7 – 8 am each day.  See Meet Invitation on page 8 for complete Limited Deck Entry Rules and required proof of time report from swimteam.us system required to deck enter.

 

 

 

Please share all this important information with your team!

 

 

 

Also, please remind your coaches that all coaches MUST have their NWAL issued badge to be allowed on deck at the meet and pick up their coach packets and Allstar badges.  Teams are limited to no more than 3 coaches on deck per team.
