(HOME-SIDE of Wood Forest Stadium Bleachers - Set-up Underneath Stands OUTSIDE!)

 

MEET TIME: Warm-ups Begin @ 7:45 AM by age group

Meet Beings @ 8:30 AM

 

PARKING: There is plenty of on-site parking around this gorgeous facility and around the Wood Forest Bank Stadium, where TEAM set up is.

 

SET UP: This is an AWESOME state of the art INDOOR swim facility, with event spectator seating in balcony style bleachers. This a real BIG “Olympic” style treat for the kids to participate in; HOWEVER, TEAM set up/seating is OUTSIDE the Natatorium Building shown in the picture below. We will be setting up underneath the HOME SIDE Wood Forest STADIUM bleachers. While there is some shelter/shielding from the sun/elements, it wouldn’t hurt to have a pop-up canopy on hand in your car, incase there is “over-seating” (extending beyond the cover of the stands). CONCESSIONS are AVAILABLE in the STADIUM Fold up chairs, extra towels, blankets, cooler w/a picnic lunch, fruit & lots of water & drinks are recommended.
