Howdy Barracudas!!

I need help! We are severely understaffed when it comes to mentors for the 6 & Under and 7-8 age groups. So far we only have ONE mentor! If you have ANY 11 & Up swimmers please talk to them about lending a hand with the younger kids. I NEED more bodies in the water to help correct technique!!!! As of now, all the coaches are having to get in and out of the water to explain the workout and then to help correct technique...not only does this take away from the time we have to explain the workouts, but it takes away from the time the swimmers could be swimming. My goal is to get at least 3 more mentors by the end of the week to help, can you help me out?!

Quick reminder: please send any and all stroke requests and vacation form to me via email or a note in the coaches mailbox by the end of practices tonight! Don't forget about our Gringo's spirit night tonight!!
