Good evening parents ~

Please read this email all the way through as it contains a lot of information. First off THANK YOU to all our swimmers who participated in the Cudathon and to our parents who donated food and counted laps. It was a great night and our swimmers did an amazing job on the amount of laps they swam. I have attached the Cudathon form again to this email, please click on the attachment to access the form.

Cudathon money is due June 4th so you have a good amount of time to collect pledges. Please make all checks payable to Special Olympics Texas, this is stated on the Cudathon form. This Saturday we are swimming against the Kleinwood Dolphins at home, check in time is 7:00 a.m.!!!

Please make sure you check in at the volunteer table this goes for both swimmers and parents. Parents please make sure you take a look at the attached map regarding parking for the meet. Please do not drop off your swimmer on Joanleigh this is for their safety. You may pull around and drop them off by the water tower in the back.

If you signed up to volunteer for Saturday’s meet please make sure you see Lisa Huste and if you DID NOT sign up to volunteer but will be at the meet and can volunteer please let Lisa Huste know.

We will start setting up the pool area tomorrow night at 6:30 p.m., if you can help please come the more hands on deck we have the faster we can set up.

So with that being said if you have not picked up your swimmers team shirt or pictures PLEASE do so this Saturday.
