Good afternoon Volunteers!

I hope everyone is having a great week so far!  If you are receiving this email, it means I have you down to volunteer this Saturday at home!  Please be sure to check in with me to receive your name tag.

To view your role, please go to our website (click on the link below) and on the left column you’ll see the meets listed.  You should see Forest Oaks VS Kleinwood and click on the box that has the “V” in it.   The majority of you have already signed up for your role and I really appreciate that!!  For those of you I assigned myself, I tried my best to reach out to each of you via phone or email to confirm before assigning you.  Please look at the role and shift and let me know if there are any conflicts preventing you from volunteering.  Otherwise, I look forward to seeing you all on Saturday!!
